In order to obtain that document, you must present other papers that depends on the activities that you want to do (work, economic activities, professional activities, volunteer):
- Application form for issuing the registration certificate (for EU citizens only)
- Identity card or passport (original and copy)
- A proof that the applicant can pursue that activity-economic/ professional/ volunteer (original and copy)
- The proof that the registration fees are paid
