Payment
Payment can be made at the Consulate (with a debit card only), or by Postal Order, payable to the Brazilian Consulate General, which can be purchased at any Post Office.
*Visa Fees: R$46.00 for nationals of all countries, with exception to the listed below, who will pay a different fee, on a reciprocity basis:

* United Arab Emirates citizens are subject to an additional fee of R$125.00, on a reciprocity basis.
* No visa fee for USA citizens. However, a processing fee of R$317.00 is applicable, on a reciprocity basis. On the same basis, attendance in person is mandatory.
* Those who require a visa issued on a Brazilian Laissez-Passer, must pay a consular fee of R$182.00 for the issuance of the document, apart from the visa fee of R$46.00.
* When applying through a third party (friend, travel agent or courier), an additional fee of R$46.00 per application will be charged.
