To apply for a visa one needs:
- A valid travel document;
- A completed application form;
- A photo;
- Confirmation of the possession of the health insurance plan;
- A document that verifies the reason of entry as well as the probable place of residence or a document that indicates that a letter of invitation has been approved by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (Learn about this procedure here);
- A receipt confirming the paid fee.
