The foreigner must supply the following documents with the Visa application

- Evidence that accommodation or means of accommodation are ensured.
- Evidence concerning health insurance.
- A valid and recognized travel document or its certified copy which must be valid for a period of at least three months longer than the intended stay in the Republic of Macedonia.
- Evidence of non-conviction in the home country.
- Visa apply document (to be found in the download section).
- Evidence that there is no criminal proceedings against the foreigner in his or her country of origin or the country where the foreigner resides and from which he or she applies for a residence permit.
- A photo with the following dimensions: 3 cm x 3.5 cm.
- Evidence that he or she possesses subsistence means or that such means are ensured in an alternative legal way (a bank receipt of the account status, legal person stating the salary, a receipt issued by a competent authority).
